According to Sang Kelembai,
[...] "kami difahamkan" rumah Anwar Ibrahim yang berharga RM 2 juta di Damansara kini sudah berpindah ke rumah bernilai RM7 juta di Segambut, ini bukan orang sosialis. [...]
Anwar Ibrahim a reformed humble man in a new humble home?
What an idea! Incredible! Or an incredible idea?

Sang Kelembai obviously doesnt know anything about real estate.
Anwar's house in Bukit Damansara is a bungalow - much more modest compared to the likes of Rafidah, Syed Hamid Albar or Annuar Musa in the vicinity. He managed to sell it off for RM5 million, which is a fair price for a house in that area. That's probably half or 1/3 of the value of the other minister's house.
The house in Segambut was bought at the same value. I was there last night for his appreciation for Ijok campaigners, and while its bigger and newer than the one in Bukit Damansara, still rather down to earth for a minister's house.
